I feel so lucky to have found The Mahoney Law Firm. Kevin Mahoney is my lawyer and although my case is still in process, I would like to comment on my experience with this firm. I am so lucky to have Kevin as my lawyer. He is the most professional person I have ever worked with. I have never needed a lawyer before, and unfortunately I suffered a nightmare with a negligent medical provider. Lawyer Mahoney is Always professional, empathetic, compassionate, knowledgable, and very quick to respond. Even when his administrator is out of town, he makes sure to be available at any time to answer calls or emails. I thank God every day that I have The Mahoney Law Firm working on my case. Kevin treats me like a human being and not just another client. He truly cares about my suffering and wants the best outcome for me. He is very reasonable, as I have always been hesitant to ask for compensation, as I do not want to harm anyone. However, the damage I suffered because of the medical negligence is something that I cannot ignore and he is not the type of lawyer that would ask for anything unreasonable, just for the money. He understands that doctors make mistakes and it is not about blame but about taking responsibility for the medical error, and for me to be compensated for the medical costs and physical and emotional damages that I have suffered. He answers all of my questions no matter how big or small. And when I was ready to sign the contract, he was very nice about letting me have time to review it and to make edits so that I feel comfortable with the final contract. He is very reasonable and I am so lucky to have found him and this law firm. No matter what the outcome, I know that he will do everything in his power to fight for my rights as a person and as a human being. Thank you Kevin! You are a Godsend!

I simply cannot say enough good things about the Mahoney Law Firm. From start to finish Kevin and Paul Mahoney treated me with dignity and respect. They always took the time to patiently explain their strategy in a way that I could understand. During the trial I was so impressed with their eloquence. Because of their expertise I was awarded the largest dental malpractice judgement in Colorado History. The insurance company never made any offer to settle. They turned my darkest hour into one of hope. I will be forever grateful. And that says it all.

Another attorney's office just like all the others. They say the words you want to hear and make it sound like they will help everyone with their problems but when it comes down to it if they're not going to make a lot of money off you then their words end up being empty and worthless. I agree they should make money that's why they became lawyers but to turn people down because they won't make enough money is disgusting. This is why our legal system sucks so bad. Instead of being reactive try being proactive. Let's not wait until people have to die before an attorney will step in and fix things. If they would actually help those around them with the common issues of malpractice then we wouldn't have those who suffer the tragedies that they will only represent.

All of the attorneys at the Mahoney Law Firm handled my case with the highest level professionalism, respect and compassion during a very difficult time for me. The fact that Dennis Mahoney is a medical doctor, and was able to precisely understand the medical aspects of my case, was very important. They were able to reach the best possible outcome for a difficult case. That settlement helped me to move forward with my life, and pursue a new career. I recommend them all very highly.
