Tiftickjian Law Firm, P.C.

Working with Jay Tiftickjian was a great experience. Unfortunately I am well versed with criminal defense attorneys, as I am in recovery for substance abuse issues that have plagued me most of my adult life, and have inflicted serious legal trouble. I regret not retaining Jay for the DUI charge I had 16 months ago-I went with another attorney due to a familial relationship, and was left feeling very financially taken advantage of and misrepresented to by that individual (he charged me $13,000...ultimately causing me to have to declare Ch. 7 bankruptcy after I lost my securities licenses...my fault, not his, but the amount he charged me left me unable to avoid bankruptcy...and I ultimately got the same outcome I probably would have gotten with a public defender due to the nature of how that charge is handled in the specific court). I am currently on probation for that one, but got a charge for driving under revocation this year. With Jay, things were explained up front clearly, all possible outcomes were explained, his standard fees were disclosed in writing in an easy to understand way, I got statements every month, ans and his representation was superb. I’d recommend Jay for anything dealing with criminal charges, as he is honest and his firm is run efficiently and his staff are great.

Tiftickjian Law Firm is extremely professional in every aspect. From the first call to the bitter end. Each and everyone go out of their way to make sure your treated fairly and with the utmost respect. They don't judge you. We all make mistakes at times. I would definitely recommend anyone who gets a DUI to call this Law Firm. Voted the best by their piers year after year.

I found my representation from the Tiftickjian Law Firm incredibly helpful. I knew that I made a mistake when I chose to get behind the wheel after drinking, and wanted an attorney/attorneys to help me move forward to make everything "right" again. My representation in the courtroom was superb, but it was the counseling, advisement, and education that the firm provided that really stood out. The whole team (and attorney Travis Ziegler especially) was very helpful with moving me through the judicial process to achieve the most optimal outcome. If someone were to make the same dumb decision I made, I would recommend the Tiftickjian Law Firm without reservation.

If you've been unjustly accused by the state of a crime that you did not commit, there is no better law firm to have in your corner. They delivered the utmost in professionalism and always responded in a timely manner to all of my inquiries. I worked primarily with James Nechleba who is one of the most knowledgeable and capable attorneys that I've come to know. I would highly recommend this firm to anyone in need of DUI criminal defense services.
