The Sawaya Law Firm

This firm was recommended by my employer who had already vetted them so I felt comfortable in using this firm Overall, they did what I expected from a law firm -- advocate for me as needed, gather evidence, build a case, take their fair share, and handle surprises and cruddy stuff without involving me if I didn't need to know. Zach E. and his paralegal(s) did a great job with my case. I wish there had been better communication when my case had to move towards a trial (and therefore it was passed between hands) and some things did not get passed to him. But things were quickly fixed on his end. The communication from the Firm was pretty good -- responsive, thorough, and honest. I appreciate Zach's honesty in telling me that though we could go to trial and win a large judgment, if the defendant can't pay, then it probably won't be collectable, and it would just be an expensive moral victory. I think Zach did a good job negotiating with all the insurance companies and providers who wanted a piece of the small pie offered by the defendant's insurance. And even though we have completed the case, Zach is still helping me and looking into some new bills I have received from a few places that had told us my balance with them had previously been 0.00. I also appreciate Mr. Sawaya holding onto his pledge that they would adjust their fees if necessary so that I could have more reasonable compensation.

I met with Aurora Perez to discuss the potential of a disability case for myself, and she has been nothing but helpful! She's very kind and empathetic, which definitely helps me feel at ease with going forward. I'm young, just about to turn 30 and I have Crohn's disease which has recently resulted in a surgery with unexpected complications. Fortunately for me, I feel much more confident having her help!

I would like to take a few moments to highlight the incredible experience I had with the Sawaya Law Firm. Morgan and Nicole were the managers assigned to my case, and I couldn't have asked for better representatives to handle my situation. It was a car accident case, and throughout the process Morgan and Nicole were true professionals... courteous, knowledgeable and always easy to talk to. They were always accessible and very responsive to my numerous questions. In the end, I was very happy with the settlement they were able to negotiate. I worked with The Sawaya Law Firm from July 2016 through December 2017. The firm had been referred to me by a close friend. My experience throughout was very positive. I was in a car accident that resulted in injury to myself, my car was totaled and the other driver was cited 100% at fault. The at-fault driver had the bare minimum coverage for property and medical claims required by the state of CO. I realized very early on in the process of dealing with the both insurance companies, that neither company was looking out for my best interests. I would not have been able to reach a settlement that limited the long term impact of both the physical and financial implications of the accident, had it not been for the team at The Sawaya Law Firm. They were responsive, supportive and worked with a sense of urgency. I can not thank them enough for making a terrible situation bearable.

I’m very thankful and appreciative for the Sawaya Law firm!!! They are the best. They facilitated treatment and getting me healed, so I could get back in action. Elizabeth is delightful to work with and so sweet. Michael Sawaya is the MAN, and means business!
