We ended up not using their services and was referred to another Denver attorney to help with our case, but our initial call with Eli was great. My husband was in a recent accident, and even with the seriousness of the situation at hand, Eli was able to get a few laughs out of my husband - which was great to hear in spite of the sadness that had been surrounding us. The attorney we were referred to worked out well, so it was a great referral.

Not a reliable attorney and Customer service was below average. The attorney Eli is abrupt and doesn't call you back.

I was involved in an accident while I was commuting home on my bicycle. A car ignored a red light and t-boned me at a busy intersection, leaving me injured and without a bike. I heard about Scott O’Sullivan after he came to my work to answer questions for our cycling group. I didn’t need his services at the time, but after this accident, I immediately thought to call his law firm and I’m glad that I did. I primarily worked with Melissa Hemmert and Sharon of the firm and they were very helpful throughout the entire process. I met with their team for the initial consultation and they gave me clear advice on how to handle my situation. Once this was complete, they took care of the rest. If I had questions, or just wanted a status update on my case, they were quick to answer my emails. The at-fault driver’s insurance company refused to budge on a settlement offer, but Melissa kept fighting for a fair settlement, and she got it for me. If you’re looking for an attorney, I would highly recommend the O’Sullivan Law Firm!
