I called Diane Sawaya and was scheduled an appointment promptly. She reviewed my case, accepted it and had me seeing the doctors I needed to within a week! My insurance company suggested I go to a rehab gym, but Diane made sure I was able to get the medical attention I needed for my torn disc that I sustained in the accident. Her law firm is amazing. They fight for you the whole way, I finally felt like someone was listening to what I was saying, instead of treating me like I was overreacting. If you want a strong, attentive, and caring lawyer she's the one for you. She won't back down and she will make sure you are treated with respect. Her paralegals are hard working people that take care of you when you need them to have your back (literally). I email them a few times a week with questions and concerns and they reply within the day and I always feel important when I call and most of the time I can talk with them directly and quickly. As a construction worker, I was really worried about whether or not I was going to be able to go back to work after my car accident. Dianne, helped me to receive the proper physical therapy I needed. Her team of Robert and Anntoinette helped me to receive a fair settlement package with the insurance company. They, as a group, helped to make me whole again. None of it would have been possible if I tried to deal with the insurance alone.

This law firm was very understanding when I came in after my accident. I wasn’t going to contact a law firm after my accident, but after a consultation with Dianne I decided to go through with it. They were very helpful in explaining everything to me in terms I could understand and were with me every step of the way. It was nice to know they had my back through everything!

This was the worst experience! Even worse than the accident I was in that was the other drivers fault! I met with Diane Sawaya for an initial consultation and only spoke to her once after because I was angry they weren’t going to get me enough money to cover my medical bills and personal expenses (rental car, tow and Uber). Between Sawaya and the 3 different paralegals I dealt with (2 left the company) they just wanted me to sign whatever the insurance company wanted and get the case closed. They provided me no support and didn’t seem to want to fight for me. In an accident where the other driver admitted fault and was ticketed, I walked away with my medical bills paid and less than half of my out of pocket expenses. I lost money using Sawaya! Thanks!

I was in a collision and started feeling pain a few days afterwards. I had no idea what to do or where to begin. I heard about Dianne through one of her part time employees, and decided to see her the next day. I was so happy I did. They made a painful and frustrating experience so much easier. Everyone I dealt with was extremely professional, and did everything they could to get me the best offer for my injury claim.
