I was hit by a car while I was legally crossing the crosswalk. I had to deal with surgeries, occupational therapy, not being able to work and losing use of my hand for a period of time. I knew that I wouldn't be able to deal with the insurance companies on my own. I did some research and found Jennifer and Melanie. They were amazing start to finish. They worked hard to get me a very generous settlement. They even managed to get my personal insurance to waive my bill for ten of thousands of dollars. They have both been great to work with. They communicated with me throughout the process keeping me updated. I would definitely recommend using them if you ever need help with a personal injury case.

I hired Jennifer Donaldson to help me with a claim after a skiing accident and I'm so glad that I did! Jennifer and her staff were very thorough in preparing my case and I ended up getting a much larger settlement than I thought possible. Jennifer also negotiated a lower subrogation amount with my insurance company so that I got to keep more of the settlement money. Jennifer and her staff are great communicators--they often return emails at night and on the weekends and they kept me up to date on all progress throughout my case. It's also nice that they do electronic signing of documents so that I didn't have to take time to go to the post office or drive to their office. Again, I'm very happy that I hired Jennifer--I had the best outcome of my claim that I could have asked for thanks to her and her team!

Jennifer and her team did an amazing job helping me and my husband with our cases. I was rear ended twice within 13 months, and Jennifer and her team took care of everything. They were very prompt in their replies to my questions, and they explained each step and the numerous outcomes, along with what Jennifer expected the outcome to be, very explicitly yet concisely. I received constant updates as we went through the entire process, so I knew exactly what was going on without being harassed by the insurance companies. I received numerous calls and emails throughout the process to check on me personally to ask how I was doing and the progress I'd made with treatment. Jennifer's pricing is fair, and there were no hidden or added fees at the end of the process. Each month I received detailed invoices, and I was given the option to postpone payment until a settlement had been reached, which was extremely helpful given I was out of work for a period of time after the first accident. I cannot recommend Jennifer Donaldson and her team any more highly.

She is detailed oriented and took every measure to prepare me for deposition. She is prompt in her replies to phone calls and emails. She replied to me instead of always going through her paralegal. Jennifer is knowledgeable and an excellent communicator. She kept me informed of all decisions and where we were in the process of my case. From my initial consultation to settlement she made me feel at ease. She always planned meetings around my schedule. She made sure I understood the legal ease of the process. She is truly the best in the business.
