I ve been surprise with Leonard Duron,He came to my house,thursday in time ,take deposit $585,make appoitment for saturday at 2pm and never showed up.I called him and no answer

No show, no call, that was my experience. I contacted this company to repair a window shattered during a hail storm and they failed to show up for the appointment. They never showed up and they never called to inform me they could not make the appointment. Messages left with this company seeking clarification for their failure to show up or call have never returned. This is as unprofessional a company as I've ever dealt with.
