Precision Auto Glass - Denver

Good reviews, local company....so I went for it. Price was in line with other companies, but this business is Colorado owned and I prefer to support the home town team. Submitted a quote request on Sunday and had a quote by Monday am. Called around 9am Monday and had a appointment for Wednesday the same week. They came to me, the tech was great (Evan, thanks man!) and prompt. Would most certainly use them again.

I had never had my windshield replaced before, so I was a little nervous and didn't have any basis for what constitutes good service and a good price. After searching for some quotes, Precision Auto Glass was the cheapest by over $100. They also had the most professional and helpful response back to my initial quote request (which I had submitted through their website). I was able to get my windshield replaced the very next day, and the employee replacing my windshield (Evan, I think) met me at the parking garage outside of my office building where he performed the replacement. He was very professional, very friendly, and happy to answer any questions. The whole procedure took about an hour, and I went back to work while Evan replaced the windshield. Hopefully I don't need my windshield replaced any time soon but if I do I will definitely go through Precision Auto Glass.

The installer that came to my house noted the incoming snow and recommended that the windshield replacement be performed in their shop, then proceeded to call and make all of the necessary arrangements. After I left, I noticed an unusual amount of wind/road noise coming from the passenger side of the windshield. When I called, they had me come right back in to check it (the rubber seal at the door/frame connection wasn't completely reset). Thirty seconds to make it right demonstrates that great customer service is timeless!

Amazing customer service. I almost went with a different auto glass company, but was left waiting for 5 minutes on the phone and finally hung up. I left a message with Precision and was immediately called back. Using my insurance was seamless, and I had a tech at my door in less than 20 minutes and done filling my rock chip in 15 minutes. He was very professional and did a great job. Highly recommend precision auto glass.

They did a great job on our Mini Cooper and were very reasonable priced. We'd absolutely use them again!
