My husband and I recently moved into our Aurora home and needed to remove a stuck back sliding door in order to fit in some new furniture. Rich and Matthew got the door unstuck AND offered to help move in the furniture while they had the door off (which also included removing and replacing our fence gate!). They were prompt, kind, affordable, and went above and beyond what I asked of them. Use these guys for whatever you need, they're awesome!

If I could go no stars I would! Made an appointment to have Rich come look my broken window for 10a. I arrived home at 958am to find his business card stuffed in my door with the time 955a written on it and him gone. I called the office number and the woman said "that means he has already come and gone!" Not even enough courteous to call me to ask if I am almost home when he arrived at my house earlier than we discussed! So I'm using my previously wasted time to write this horrible review! I've also already scheduled with a different company! Do not use these people!

Rich Stef is my favorite glass person. No matter my glass needs he is there to take care of it.

From the initial estimate through the installation, Rich and his team treated us like family. They were easy to get ahold of, very responsive, and answered any questions that we had. They were able to expedite our installation so that there would be no problems with the sale of our home. This is a great family owned business that we would recommend. Thank you!
