We purchased a 60 inch Echelon fireplace and the experience working with Rob was nothing short of excellent. Rob is very knowledgeable and was extremely helpful in selecting the right fireplace. We did have an issue with a cracked glass and Rob worked to assure it was replaced quickly and in warranty. I spoke to a number of other suppliers in the Denver area before buying and none came close to the sevice I got from Rob and Colorado Hearth & Home. I wouldn't buy from anyone else.

In an effort to revamp a barren yard into something more livable, we had decided to install a natural gas firepit. Hoping to save a few dollars and create something more unique, we had planned to build one from scratch. My wife and I visited a number of stores that claimed to have everything you would need to build a firepit, but quickly found that to not be the case. Not a single store we found here in Denver sold the individual parts such as burners, pans, valves, etc. Our first visit to Colorado Hearth and Home was refreshing. We worked with a fantastic salesman, Kelly, who was exceptionally gifted at explaining all of the options. Better than that, they have every part in stock and ready. Kelly helped us analyze our gas line capacity and pick the best setup based upon those criteria and never once pushed us. He even helped with a few ideas to solve technical problems as I tried to finish the project. Now everything is installed and wonderful. This store and Kelly made our job far less stressful.
