I first met Peter while he was working with my mom buy her new property. During this time I realized how much knowledge he had on the ENTIRE metro area and started to discuss potential options for my family. He not only took great care of my mom and her tough wish list but was always knowledgeable with every step of the process!! He has a great network which gave us plenty of options on lenders, inspectors, etc. that fit us best!! He was extremely patient with us and we could NOT be any happier with the experience with him!! He is a true real estate professional that we are excited to have him manage our other property, as well as work with him for sure on our next property purchase!! I would HIGHLY recommend him and his team for all of your real estate needs!!

Peter went above and beyond our expectations. This was our second home buying experience and our first in Colorado. The market is very different and we did not know at the time just how helpful Pete's expertise would be for us. He had great insight on the different neighborhoods, listened to our wants and needs in a home, was very real about what we should offer for a place and proved himself to be the knowledgable, not just about processes, but the structure and integrity of a home. On many occasions (and there were many) he proved to have our best interest in mind. We always felt protected during every step, and we are now in a home that we absolutely love. If you are looking for real estate in the Denver metro area, Pete is your guy.

To Anyone seeking an experienced, knowledgeable and ethical Real Estate Agent, I must give 5 Stars to Pete Psotny. I don’t give 5 stars to anything or anyone easily. As an experienced real estate investor and having bought/ sold property since 1986 in 4 states, I find it frustrating to find a good real estate professional. It is hard to find one that has depth of experience, knowledge about how to look at/inspect/evaluate a property, who understands and knows how to work with investors/investment market, AND who listens to the client’s input, respecting the client’s own experience. Pete is all those things. Pete recently was the Seller’s Agent for us in one county and the Buyer’s Agent for us in another county on a 1031x. He is the broker of his own agency. His knowledge and readily shared info for an investor was thorough. His experience and involvement in evaluating the physical aspects of properties considered contributes to making sure the buyer finds the best property for his/her parameters. He stays up-to-date with developments in the market by attending more than just the minimum continuing education workshops--as I do, so I appreciate that—no resting on his laurels here! Pete’s willingness to do what was needed to get the deals done, even when problems arose with the other parties in the transaction was laudable and ethical. Pete’s awareness of the market throughout the Denver Metro area and Mountain areas uphill most helpful. (Most realtors really wanted our Sales Listing but were not interested in helping us buy uphill or did not have the knowledge to have done so well.) Pete clearly likes what he does and demonstrates the eagerness and energy to do it well. My own past experience is that a client often gets either experience OR enthusiasm. Pete has not lost what has made him successful. I would recommend Pete Psotny to anyone, investor or hopeful newbie homeowner. In fact, when it comes time for my daughter to purchase her first property, we will be calling Pete again. Pete Psotny is a real estate agent to whom I actually did not mind paying commissions.
