I had the pleasure of getting to know Richard, Melinda, their family and their knowledgeable staff when I renovated their new office space. I observed their hard work, late hours, and satisfied customers who were always greeted with a warm smile. I saw numerous referral clients, as well as people who have worked with them year after year. As a contractor and real estate investor, I have dealt with many private mortgage brokers and banks. I have not seen the detail oriented work, level of knowledge or the commitment to serving the needs of their clients that Richard and his company demonstrated daily.

Rich and his team are fantastic! I had to do some credit repair before going forward on a refinance/cash-out to pay of debt. They helped me develop a strategy to accomplish it (repair doesn't happen overnight). Example: my previous lender had misreported payments which ended up crushing my credit score. He and his team, who are subject-matter experts on mortgages, were able to guide me through the process of getting my payment history corrected (could not of done this by myself). This is business interested in helping people find mortgage products to match their needs. I felt valued as a customer.
