We worked with Sandy Martenson and recommend her to everyone looking for a satisfying and successful home buying experience. She kept in close touch, let us set the pace, referred us to an amazing lender and overcame any obstacles to make sure we got the house we really wanted. We couldn't be happier; thanks, Sandy!

Selected agent/broker (dual license) Julia Franklin and had the worst experience. Zero communication skills and a COMPLETE LIAR!!! First off, we never gave permission to run my credit report and she did, creating an illegal act without signed permission. Second, after we accepted this crude act and tried to moved past it, she provided no support and hardly any communication. When addressed, she blamed us for being to selective in our home search. Julia Franklin is not your agent, buyer BEWARE! I called the apparent loan agency because Julia swore she sent off my letter of approval for a hold on a home in a new development and come to find out, she NEVER HAD IT. The loan company said she’s an “agent” of theirs but had multiple complaints recently that she’s failing to comply. They had to rerun my credit for a third time and secure a conventional loan which she claimed I could never get. Be very care of this smooth talker, she’s got the gift of gab however, produces nothing but empty promises. This has set my family back more than 2 months now. I strongly urge you to select a different, positively rated firm. And by every means necessary, avoid the scam artist Julia Franklin. I have filed several injunctions against her and the board and will follow up with the disciplinary actions imposed at a later date.
