Purchased a rowing machine back in Jan and very pleased with the sales experience and overall service.  Staff is extremely knowledgeable  about all their equipment /use and highly recommend!

My husband and I went into this store to buy dumbbells and weight plates for our home gym. We were greeted by Steve and started by asking some questions. Steve was very smug and condescending in his answers. We just left and went somewhere else. Who wants to spend a bunch of money somewhere when the salesman can't even be nice?
