Ryan did a fantastic job! Our service was schedule less than a week after our initial call! Ryan’s installation was very professional! The work was done right, he was very respectful, and cleaned up after he was finished. He also took time to answer all of our questions. Great service and quality! Highly recommended! 5-stars!

We got estimates and whole house cooling advice from two companies, the information and advice from CO Home Cooling was much better than the other company, they took the time to understand what we needed and advised the best setup for our specific needs. We also went down to their store and met with Chris in person so we could hear what the different types of fans sounded like. We ended up getting the QuietCool 7.0 for our entire house and installed one powered attic fan to cool the small attic over one of the bedrooms. Ryan did the install and he was fantastic. He double checked everything with us, so in essence we got yet another person’s advice for our situation. He even found that one of the other items installed through our roof had an opening to leak so he fixed that while he was there! Great! It was only May, but unusually warm here in the Conifer area, so we used the QuietCool whole house fan the next night. Wow! It’s AMAZING at pulling the cool air in! It cooled our master bedroom down 10 degrees in about an hour running on high. We set it to keep running for a couple hours and were able to go to sleep in a nicely cooled room instead of sweating! Craig and his coworker were great - Arrived at the expected time, got up in the attic, figured out the problem, and fixed it lickety split. We had just had the attic insulated, and the insulation installers had knocked something loose. While they were up there, they assessed the insulation installation for us (which they indicated was an excellent job). Because of all the new insulation, there was a bit of a mess as they exited the attic, but they did a great job cleaning up. Summed up: Punctual, fast, clean, professional. I would highly recommend them.

I shopped 3 companies and Colorado Home Cooling was an easy decision. They provided the best communication, best price, very fast service, and professional quality for my whole house fan. They worked around our busy work schedule.

Ryan is knowledgable, competent, and trustworthy. He has been installing whole house fans for years and knows all of the ins and outs of home cooling. He returns calls quickly and scheduled our service appointment within a day or two of our original call. I can't recommend his services enough.
