Colorado Home Warranty

I LOVE CHW!!!! I read the other reviews and we cannot be talking about the same company. These people are the very best. First of all, the staff could not be nicer - they are the friendliest, most accommodating, and professional people to work with. Second, they have covered so many things in my two homes and have saved me many thousands of dollars. I have a claim with them at least once a year and have several things replaced through them. The policy came with my first house over 15 years ago and I have used their policy on two homes with countless repairs. I am happy to pay their contract each year because I use it and it is well worth the money. I would never even consider NOT have a policy with them. They treat me like a real human being and valued customer. I cannot say enough good things about them.

This company promised to fix "all appliances" then when our washer and dryer didn't work, they didn't cover it b/c they only do "built in appliances." So we bought those two new appliances. Then all the buttons on microwave except one didn't work. But they didn't cover that b/c one button was still functional so it technically still "works." Then the guy that fixed our electrical messed up our outlet and then denied it was wrong. We had to twist his arm to get him to do it right. This is a waste of money. Chad

I wanted to like them so bad, but when my first issue surfaced, I realized why their ratings are so low. Rude, argumentative and unwilling to honor their warranties. There are plenty of options out there....don't let this be the one you choose.

Dont get this warranty! It doesn't cover anything. We wanted someone too come out to fix two electrical problems, two appliance problems and a water leak. First the lady sounded annoyed that I had so many things and then when I told her that my realtor who had given us this warranty told us to do it all at once so that we'd only have to pay one co pay, she treated me like I was an idiot. She said the same person who did the electrical couldn't possibly do the plumbing or appliance repair. Well, there are general contractors who do it all and that's how it was pitched to my realator. This company is dishonest and unhelpful. I do not recommend it.

Colorado Home Warranty has been a lifesaver for me!! I bought 9 years ago and plan on buying as long as i can. I don"t have to worry about who Im going to have come to my house, i call the staff at CHW and they do the work for me, even if not covered under warranty they give me someone i can trust! the work gets finish and no worries.The Staff dose a great JOB taking care of you!!!
