Called a few times to see about renting a wheel chair for my grandpa who comes to town. If and when I was ever called back the gentleman was very rude. I felt like he talked to me like I was a child and didn't know anything. I highly suggest no one do business with this company if they treat their potential customers this way.

We live outside Rocky Mountain National Park on the west side, near Grand Lake. Ron has come to our home several times to service and to measure my husband for a new wheelchair, which he now has and enjoys. Recently, I contacted Ron about a new transport chair for an upcoming trip we are taking. Ron gave me all the info I needed to order the chair he recommended. If he could have beat the online price, he would have ordered and delivered the chair himself. He is always very helpful, professional and a caring person. He really knows his business also and I trust his judgement and recommendations. Anyone who is in need of any kind of wheelchair, we would highly recommend Ron.
