I had surgery here to have my gallbladder removed. The staff were all WONDERFUL and the surgery went well! They went out of their way to accommodate my family and I. They're very kind people. I would definitely come back for another surgery or whatever else is needed at this hospital. Thanks so much!!!

Such a good staff and nurses were great. Only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is after my lythotripsy I had to return because the stint caused a lot of pain and blood. that doctor was a real jerk, even the nurses didn't like how I was treated. Any other time they have been great.

NCMC and Banner Health are the best! I am so thankful that we chose this group and hospital! Labor and delivery and post-partum exceeded all my expectations and I couldn’t be more happy with the high level of quality and care that I received. Dr. James Summers, Chelsea, Karen, Nikki, Diana, and Heather are some of the amazing staff that went above and beyond the call of duty! The breastfeeding clinic continues to be an invaluable resource!

Full service hospital and associated health services in one campus. Parking can be difficult at times. A Banner Health facility. Excellent pathology department. Mental health staff are less than competent. In fact, the staff member in question lied repeatedly to myself, my wife, and my daughter regarding her condition. He forced her into a 3 day psychiatric hold the day before Christmas because he became angry at ME when I dared to disagree. HR was notified and covered the entire incident up. Food in cafeteria is really bad, hard to get "cooked to order" when they claim they don't speak English, potatoes were burnt and inedible, eggs were undercooked. Surgical staff are professional and friendly.

We had to bring my son in to the ER for chest pain on 2/9/18. The ER staff was helpful and thorough. They gave my son wonderful care. When we were admitted to the pediatric room, we had the most amazing staff. The nurses were attentive, friendly and caring. They were accommodating and attentive. I can not say enough great things about the care my son received on the pediatric ward. The night nurses went above and beyond, and the nurses during the day were great too. They made a traumatic situation for out of town people, bearable. Thank you pediatric staff, and NCMC for taking care of us like family.
