Comcast Service Center

I live in southern New Hampshire, and this location is easy for me to get to. It is convenient for when I upgrade hardware and need to return the older gear. Ample parking is available. It is possible to have to wait in line at times. One big negative for me was when I asked a tech question, and could not get an answer. Instead I got a phone number to call for tech help. Is there really nobody in that building that can answer a question?

Came into Portsmouth office on a Saturday at noon (2/2018) and line was out the door-only two representatives were manning front desk-felt bad for them, but worse for customers because they had to stand. Should provide more staff on Saturday. Not fair to the associates (who looked exhausted due to volume) or the customers: Total wait time before assistance: 28 min. Service was friendly and efficient (Jamie very nice).

Very happy to never give this organization a dollar of my hard earned money. After 16 yrs of being a customer and paying full price for 8 "outrageos". Would not give me the new customer discounts that they now mail to me, really?? Figure they owe me 5K to come back not a 200 credit. The worst thing is this is 2018, why do we need boxes? These adapters were free, then 1.99, then 3.99 now 5.99 that what drove me over the edge. It's a 20 dollar box at least let me buy it. That 5.99 per month x 2 boxes was the final straw and made me do what I wanted to for years. Bye!

Not the happiest customer service reps, but they are quick and make it relatively easy to return or set up service and equipment.

I truly believe if more satisfied customers left reviews that this average star rating would be much higher. I was at this center for about 20 min taking care of what I needed done and observed all 3 staff interact with at least 8 customers which all went well. No issues and they were very professional.
