FIVE STARS FOR STAFF ONLY, Zero stars for bureaucracy and B.S.
If what you need can be done online or over the phone, DO NOT GO IN! The line is absolutely brutal. If you do need to go in, make sure that you bring your ID, an account statement, and possibly your transponder. Also know (or write down) the license plate number of your vehicle. Most of the people who were getting frustrated by the process and annoyed at the clerks were doing so as a result of their own ignorance. If you only know the first 4 digits of your 7-digit plate number, and you didn't bring the car you're asking about or any other identifying paperwork, you're probably going to have a bad time...
The staff did an excellent job of explaining things to people, often six times over, and they always remained calm and professional. I had received several notices of unpaid tolls, but all of them listed my plate and transponder numbers. The young lady at the desk explained that there had been a system error and that my cars/plates had been incorrectly coded when their system was upgraded. She was polite and made the necessary changes quickly. I could have yelled and screamed like everyone else, but it was clear to me that she was trying to help and it is highly unlikely that any system error was her fault. Again, the system and the bureaucracy have issues and caused me to waste an hour of my time, but it was not the fault of the young lady at the window. She couldn't have been better, especially in such a hostile environment.

Great experience at the walk in Center on Friday 9/29 Needed to replace a transponder I left in my traded in vehicle. Taylor at the counter was polite and efficient. I was in and out of the center in 8 minutes with my new unit and happy with the service, Thanks to Taylor and your staff. Gene Plunkett

All my customer service needs were fulfilled by phone. Amy, the customer service representative, was very helpful and saved me a trip to the customer service center.

I cancelled my pass because I was getting charged incorrectly. Three times as a truck, once as something else. I am owed approximately $40 from the errors and what was left in my account. Was told I would receive it in 4 weeks or so.It's been 3 months. Unable to talk with anyone who has any idea of what's going on. Was told so many reasons why I could have been charged incorrectly and that supervisor would be getting back to me on 3 occasions. Still waiting to hear or get my check for the amount I'm owed. Terrible terrible business practices. I am unable to give no stars or it would be blank.
