Commodore Apartments

If you love roaches, bed bugs, the smell of cigarettes, being accosted by homeless people. And just all around incompetence then this is the place for you. It’s comes with all of those things. Plus you can even pay around $700 for a “renovated” studio. Plus all the extra and hidden fees that you don’t find out about till you go to pay your rent. To top that off of you need maintenance be prepared to not have them do anything. But hey don’t worry it get worse, want ac? Here’s a broken window unit have fun. Want heat ? Here’s a radiatior stuck on full blast when it’s 80° outside. Don’t fret if it’s raining outside it will probably be raining inside too since the windows don’t shut all the way. All around this place is great to live if you want no quality of life. There’s a 1000 better places out there. Go there. <3

The renovated apartments are beautiful and affordable. It's also only a 3 mile drive to WSU.

There has been a shift in management since the last review seen here. This is a great spot to live if you're struggling or just trying to get on your feet after moving away from home. The new management works very well with everyone I've seen her help and there is no "favoritism" but if you aren't staying in contact with her and letting her know what's going on as you are catching up on late fees then she will have no choice but to assume you gave up. So tired of bad people writing poor reviews because they had one bad experience a year ago. Stop on in, Debbie would love to say Hello!

Process of being remodel. The apartments are decent. Need a manager to control the lobby. The water system needs improvement. Althrough after all its a comfortable place to live.

My daughter lives there and they are very nice.
