I've been dealing with this job for over 10/15 years. The older guy that everyone is talking about is the most honest,respectful,kind person that I've ever known. I wouldn't take any of my vehicles any where else.

This is the only place that touches my car. When I move in to a new area, I always look for a place that is trust worthy and I only take me cars there. That way they know the history of the cars etc. Yes, Billy might come of a little strong but I've seen Billy and his crew work hard for everyone there. And more importantly, I've never seen him upsell or over charge on a product. I've been going to them for almost 3 years now and I'll keep going to them. If you're looking for a car shop that will be honest with you and charge you a very fair price, this is the place to go!

Need better customer service, what do you need is not what you say when a costumer comes in, it was like they didn't want to help me and also the old guy at the desk was kind of Rude, instead of handing me my credit card, he toss it on the desk.

Failed my truck for ball joints, a component on the front axle assembly. I replaced my entire axle assembly with a newer one from another truck that had good ball joints on it and brought it back for reinspection as per state law. The mechanic bent over, said "those balls joints ain't new," and refused to reinspect, and simply walked away when I tried to explain I'd replaced the entire axle. I stood in the front office for 20 minutes waiting for him to come back and deal with me and he would periodically look through the office window, see me standing at the desk, and walk away again. I had to take it to another shop down the road and pay a second time to have it inspected. I asked the mechanic to pay special attention to the ball joints in case I'd missed something. He jacked up the truck and checked them carefully and verified that they were tight and within spec and passed the truck with flying colors. For this reason I cannot recommend this shop.
