⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️ I don’t write a whole lot of reviews, but I have to let folks know what I experienced and What I’m sure they too will experience from the great people working at Fairmont Monro Muffler/Brake. These guys deserve more than a 5 Star review!!!! With that being said if I didn’t write this review I would be doing a disservice to anyone who is from the Fairmont area or passing through and needs there vehicle repaired or serviced! Lee, the manager, and Ivan the technician went above and beyond what anyone would ever hope for in order to take care of our automotive problems. I’m sure both of them would’ve loved to have been home with their families but instead worked hours after normal close of business to get me and my family safely back on the road even though I couldn’t get to them until the last minute!! The ethics, quality of work, professionalism, and price was unbelievable!! From the moment I first called and ask Lee if they could possibly fix our vehicle, I was treated with respect, courtesy, patience, and kindness and had one of the best customer service experiences that I have had in as long as I can remember. These guys are top notch!!! At around close of their normal business hours I heard Lee speaking with other customers and he treated each individual as if they were the only customer!!!! Honestly, a lot of us could use them as a model of how to treat others in general. I Highly- highly recommend stopping bye or calling and talking to Lee the next time your vehicle needs worked on or serviced. I just want to say Thank You to both you gentlemen for everything and GODBLESS you guys, your families, and everyone at Fairmont Monro!! Keep doing what you’re doing guys!!!! 👍🙏

I had an amazing experience at Monroe today. Every employee were welcoming and made me feel right at home. They found the solutions to my auto repair issues and easily explained and helped to the best of their abilities. Being recently out of college I was weary about coming to a garage because of past experiences.. and being a female I was even more weary. But they did an amazing job with my vehicle and replaced my belt and I got new tires and breaks at a great deal. Super friendly employees and the best deal in town. They saved my car and made me feel like they genuinely cared about my car and safety. The manager Aaron was wonderful and I highly recommend this garage to anyone looking for great service and price!

I will never bring my car here again. I used to bring the car in every time I needed an oil change. Then my water pump went, and I brought it to Monro to get it fixed. I ended up getting my water pump, thermostat, and radiator sensor "fixed". This cost me $900. Took the car to the dealer shop because things still were not working right. The water pump they put in was not right, so that needed replaced again, and the radiator sensor they did not even fix or replace, they zip tied the broken one back in place. $900 at Monro, and another $2200 at the dealer shop. Not. Happy.

Brought my car to Monro to look at my Chevy Cobalt after spending over a grand on it in hopes of fixing things that I thought would fix the problem. They are the first place that makes me feel at ease when it comes to pricing and parts where I’ve been screwed over several times. Hands down, the most honest work from some amazing hard workers I’ve ever seen. Kind and understanding bunch of guys! Thanks to Ivan and his supervisor for taking care of me!

Went in needing some tires mounted and their technicians were fast and friendly, Luke and I think Ivan did a great job. Their manager was even pretty awesome. It's a great place will definitely come in again.
