Goodyear Auto Service Center

I've had a very good experience with this shop. Had a minor issue with a service once but they fixed it promptly and with no hassle. I would recommend this store for tires and your basic services. Jason at the front desk is a good guy and will help you out. Overall, a good experience. Update 3/2018 I had an emergency maintenance situation on a Sunday afternoon after visiting from out-of-state. Goodyear got me in and fixed the problem very quickly and even gave me a discount on parts and labor.

Amazing experience. I went there for my 2008 Honda Accord State Inspection and they took care of it right away. It has more than 90K miles so I was worried that I will be charged big bucks before they OK the car. Guess what they were extremely honest and told me everything is OK with car from state inspection stand point. I would definitely go there next time for my car needs as they are the most honest people around (I was quoted anywhere from 1000 to 1500 dollars) from other places before they OK my car for state inspection. Thank you Goodyear once again.

Very pleased with service. I got a flat and went in for the free tire repair that Goodyear advertises. I half-expected they'd tell me my tire needed replaced, but after finding a piece of metal stuck in it, they just patched it for free! Service was fast, and the waiting room was clean and had free coffee and water bottles.

Set up an appt at this location because I had a coupon for a free oil change, and the person who answered the phone was pleasant and helpful. With the amount of customers waiting when I arrived, I was surprised with how quickly they had me out of there after my oil change. They also let me know of any issues I might want to look into with my truck in the future, but weren't pushy in any way. Great experience, will be back.

I have a daughter who goes to WVU and she has a 2008 Ford Escape that needed brakes. I told her to take it to Goodyear because I thought that they were a reputable business and would take good care of her. Boy was I WRONG!!!! They called me to let me know that all 4 calipers needed replaced and so did the rotters and it would be $1,400.00 to complete the repairs. I kinda laughed and she asked why I was laughing and I told her that I don't have that kind of money right now. She then said that she could talk to the mechanic and she if she could get me a discount. She then called me back and said she could take $287 dollars off but that was all. I told her to tell the mechanic to put my daughters SUV back together that we can't afford their services right now. She said it would be a $25 dollar charge for the brake inspection. When my daughter picked up her SUV it was worse then when she dropped it off. I live in Northern Virginia and have several people in my family that are auto repair mechanics and tow truck drivers. I had my daughter SUV towed back to VA and had the brakes done at a shop that I trust. Guess What!!!! The calipers were fine and so were the rotters. I paid $400 to have the rotters turned and new pads put on all 4 sides. They also detailed the SUV inside and out. I saved $1000 !!!!!!!!! Your service SUCKS!!!!!!! And You are a RIP OFF BUSINESS!!!!!! Needless to say I will NEVER GO TO ANY GOOD YEAR EVER AGAIN!!!!!!
