Efficient,friendly, never waited long with an appointment. Bryce the PT was excellent and Dr. Jones was great. Had a wonderful experience with them while on workers comp. And my arm is healed.

The staff was friendly, and everything from that side of things was top notch. I'm giving it three stars because when I went to take the respirator fitness test, the nurse or helper left and I was confused on what to do next. I failed the test the first time. Once the instructions were properly explained, I passed it the second time. The nurse should have stayed in there with me the whole time. She wasted 10 minutes of my time because I had to do the whole test again

My visit was great. Everyone was very professional with the exception of the young lady at the counter. She was a little sarcastic with me about where I had to sign my name. Other than that the visit was good.

I went in with routine orders to start a new job. I needed a physical, urine drug screen, respirator fit test, flu shot, DTAP shot and blood drawn to check my titers. I was there from start to finish over 3.5 hours and I was #10 in line. The patient care was fine and only took about 20 mins but the wait was excruciating. I never dreamed I would be there that long! I had to reschedule plans that I missed from being there so long and I missed a second appt that was scheduled at 2pm. I arrived and signed in at Concentra at 10:15am. I would never go there again unless forced to for some reason. Don't go there unless you have all afternoon to wait!

Jus really saddd! Poor patient relation skills, this place is a version of charity hospital......minus the care. They are all over the place, this mickey mouse operation! It needs to be closed. There is No absolute way, a urine test should take more than 30 minutes. They go behind the doors to sit down and take brakes observed , just to make ppl wait. It's evident they don't like their jobs! IS ANYONE MAKING THEM WORK THERE???? But insists on making someone else day screwed up. They need to go back to school and get some PROPER TRAINING and add CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have visited this place on numerous occasions not by choice and it's the same every time.

Enjoyed my visit at the office. The entire staff was very friendly and courteous. Loved Dr Herman Jones he was very thorough with my physical.

It is always easy to check in and all of the medical professionals are always helpful. They are genuinely concerned about your well-being.

The best experience ever at the Jefferson parish location. The customer service was warm and welcoming. The uptown location on Baronne Street I’m New Orleans is despicable and needs to be re-staffed ASAP!

It took 45 minutes to check in, even with a pre printed order. It’s 6 days after the testing and the facility has failed to upload results that are critical to my job. They are also refusing to respond to requests from escreen.

They were organized and friendly. I was going for a pre-employment drug screen, so arrived having to go to the bathroom. It wasnt their fault that it was crowded, but I had to wait more than an hour while needing to pee, so I didnt like that.
