I've been going here for years, to my gynecologist. Went there recently and was informed "We will be testing this swab." Did not realize it was going to be sent to QUEST, where I was charged $500. BEWARE. they do not offer on-site testing and you will be sent to a third-party for lab work.

Leadership matters! Ran into a snag relating to my medication and had the pleasure of speaking with Jodie who acted as an advocate to get my issue solved. She was patient and easy to communicate with, but most importantly she expeditiously handled a very important matter. There is nothing more important than our health and healthcare professionals that actually understand this should be commended. So appreciative! Now I can breathe easy!

The billing department is terrible. I never received a bill via mail or email or a call, but was turned over to collections for a bill I never received. I thought it was a scam when I received the call from collections. After I made numerous calls, it turned out the bill I paid via my patient portal a year ago was only the facility fee and I still owed money for the doctors appointment. I have no issue paying for my visit but if I am not aware of a bill I can not pay it. Then when you call the billing department you have to leave a voicemail that will be returned in 3 business days. I will never go back to this health system.

I was using LSU Healthcare Network a while and had to switch all my doctors after trying out a few of their departments. I think highly of LSU so I assumed these would be good doctors. They have a decent gastro department but not the best in the city. My negative experience came from one of their primary care doctors and then again from an assistant. They were incredibly impatient and made it seem like my concerns were childish and meaningless. I would wait for a long time in the waiting room, only to be met by a doctor who made it obvious that they had no time for me. The primary care doctor seemed stressed out and got overwhelmed when I listed my concerns. The assistant doctor was even worse; I saw him towards the end of the day and he was incredibly callous and sarcastic. I’ll never forget my terrible experience. I mentioned all this to the front desk eventually. Their customer service person did the job of calling me and was on my side. But I never had it in me to give them another chance.

The doctor and everyone there are very helpful and caring

Dr. Doss and Dr. Reinoso are amazing. They have great bedside manner and create positive rapport with the patients. The ophthalmology department is top notch. They saved my vision. Thank you.

It’s ok. Doctors are awesome. The management is racist. The Management is rude and incompetent.

Dr. Scheib is the Best Doctor I ever had! She just did my hysterecopy surgery every doctor was so pleasant before the Surgery! I been running from Doctors for years but Dr. Scheib keep everything informative and professional she’s so understanding and caring! She get Best Doctor award in my book! I also like Dr. Wallace and her staff they’re awesome and also caring! This Healthcare is Fastpace and get the job done oh so well!

Awful. Students are there and do part of the exams which is good when they actually know what they are doing but if you dont then please please dont even let them touch you. I will never return not even if it was free. Was there last month and took over 2 hrs to finish everything and the follow up was even worse.

Had my first trimester appointments rescheduled three times. Took twice as long to get lab results that advised.
