Concentra Medical Center

Spent nearly 3 hours waiting for tests that took 15 minutes. I realize it's urgent care but this is way too long to wait when you've no need to see a doctor. And th location is in the heart of the central business district which means constantly feeding the meter because you have no idea how long this is going to take.

My experience was great and it was very appreciated that they practiced safety measures, especially when dealing with covid.

Just imagine having to wait over an hour to give a urine sample and you have to really go.... front desk lady was nice though

The physical I took was helpful and respectfully done.The place was clean and nice looking.All the staff showed me respect.I also got all the health information I needed.Concentra Urgent Care is a place I didn't know about but would like to go for a check up again.

Although the wait was really long but I gave five stars because the employees were very friendly helpful and patient even when there were patients being rude and outrageous Great Job Guys
