St. Thomas Community Health Center

This is the first time I’ve experienced such poor treatment from a medical group/facility. I will only say I have crossed paths with some medical staff members that can be extremely unprofessional. This is me not exposing names PCP’s / office staff / Obgyn After filing an official complaint; I am still being met with inconveniences. I hope St. Thomas Community understands that their medical professionals will never take pride in patient relations until they are held accountable for their actions. I delayed writing this negative review several times hoping that something would improve. I'm still waiting on the improvements. I attempted to reach Dr. Irwin several times but that was a dead end. I would like to know where the cardiology department received their training because they are only staff that displayed kindness and professionalism.

On hold 22 mins and then they hung up. Called back put on hold again 19 mins, they picked up the line and hung up.

Even though they say they accept walk ins they don't. Staff was rude. Avoid at all cost.
