Very conveniently located with a good selection of bus times. The location is somewhat difficult to find the first time you go there, so be prepared that it is a bit tucked out of the way. However, once you've been there once, it's very easy to find again. The facility was very clean and the staff was very friendly as well.

I've always had good experiences with them and this facility. I highly recommend getting on the bus with Pete C. as the driver, hands down my favorite. Always funny announcements and very kind.

The Augusta station for Concord Coach Lines is a perfect in-between stop and pick-up point for anyone living just out of the Bangor or Portland area. The station is always very clean - including rest rooms - the service friendly and helpful. Buses are always punctual except in extreme weather, and they, too are clean with convenient service directly to two Boston locations: South Station where it is a short walk to pick up an Amtrak train or Logan Airport with drop-off at every terminal. It is also easy to access the subway, cabs, or Uber from South Station. Because there are several buses a day, from fairly early in the am to late evening, it is readily possible to travel from Augusta to Bangor, Portland, or Boston and back in one day for business or pleasure. Buses have WiFi, water and pretzels, plenty of room for luggage.

Augusta station was fairly unprofessional during my visit. Instructions for passengers are not clearly displayed if at all (e.g. bus is loading, being serviced, waiting in the lobby, which doors to use, etc.) This is understandable for a new station that hasn't worked out the kinks though. The issues is in their solution. There is a woman who sits in an office behind the counter and if someone does something they aren't supposed to, she comes out to the counter and uses the paging system to scold them. The whole building is maybe 40ft by 80ft so a normal presentation voice would easily suffice instead of the speakers. What they don't seem to use the system for is passing the instructions you would expect to get such as, "the southbound bus will be arriving in ten minutes please be ready to board at that time." Instead they wait till someone goes to the boarding doors and then pass something like, "the bus isn't here yet, don't go out there." Or, "that's not your bus, it hasn't arrived yet." I feel like it should be easy to run a station this small professionally.

Best way to get to Boston from Bangor that's out there. Clean and fast, a movie, and even a singing bus driver at times😍
