Concourse Plaza Multiplex Cinemas

This movie theater is more like of a home to me. The staff are nice and always helpful. They don’t mind you asking them questions when needed. The food options are limited but it has all the basics; popcorn, hot dogs, nachos, and so on. The food line gets quite long but that’s the only downside of coming to this movie theater. There are also games to play with your children while waiting for the next movie to start. The bathrooms are also clean and kept up to par! Overall my experience is most of the time great, there was only one experience where I didn’t quite enjoy. The movie kept freezing and replaying but it only happened to me once. Hope this helps!

POOR MANAGEMENT!! Workers are nice for the most part but overworked & VERY short staffed! Female restroom was surprisingly clean! Waited 30 mins for snacks on line! Filthy behind the snack counter! Slow cashiers but not to blame since they’re doing the best they can! 20 people on the line with 2 cashiers, taking orders & serving! Why?!?! Saw many workers just walking around instead of helping these 2 poor cashier ladies! Theater smells like sewer water! Disappointing since I saw this place being build when I was in my early teens & it was greatly managed back then! Sad...

This is absolutely the worst movie theater in the entire nyc area. Customer service is horible. Picture quality is dim and the sound is low, chairs don't even have a cup holder. Theater size is small and the people are inconsiderate to those that also pay to watch a movie. I tried to speak to a manager and got absolutely nowhere. No money back no complimentary tickets.. Nothing but a stupid look in her face and sorry. Please don't throw your money away there.

I liked it but they need a better staff in the food section they take 30 minutes per people. And the screan is not that good it looks old but is okay.

Concourse plaza remains my #1 movie theater! Reasons why? its family oriented, you will always be able to catch a flick and feel safe, its clean and comfortable.
