Great place for a 5 mile walk. Not much shade when no folliage is on trails.

A nice trail. You do cross over some country roads and visibility at some intersections is limited. I would recommend turning off the music and removing the headphones while out on the trail. The biggest drawback is no bathroom anywhere along the trail.

The Conewago Recreation Trail is a little more rustic than the Lebanon Valley Rail Trail, with a very slight grade; but it is well maintained and absolutely gorgeous. A beautiful spot for a walk or bike ride.
