Great service and value! Brought my trek in for a tune up of the rear derailer and they made everything good as new! It’s been years since I’ve had my bike shifting this good and can’t wait to ride it!! Thanks for the fast and professional service!

I needed a new rear rim for my Cannondale hybrid. I called Gung Ho on Monday and they said over the phone to bring it in. If they have the rim in stock the bike will be ready by Tuesday. If they have to order it, they will get the rim Thursday and the bike will be ready Friday. On Tuesday they called and said that they had to order the rim and it should be done Friday. Today is Friday and I picked the bike up. New rim installed, test rode, everything checks out. I Googled the parts and the Quality Wheels 700c WTB DX17 is $92 in BikeParts dot com plus shipping. Gung Ho charged me $84! Next I checked the tire and the Specialized Trigger Sport Tire 700x38c is between $28 and $35 plus shipping. They charged me $30 for the tire! Installation was $10. Total bill was $131.44 and I think they were more than reasonable. Due to this they will get my future business and verbal recommendations when people ask where to go in the area.

I really appreciated how the Guys at the shop were able to find a part for my rear derailleur and help me save some money on a repair. During my repair I did decide to make a change to my setup and they helped me make decisions that were quality components without compromise. I have visited other shops locally and while they gave me attention, I felt like I was being served by a friend at Gung Ho. That attention to customer service is why I will encourage all I come in contact with to buy and have their bikes serviced at Gung Ho! Great job and thanks for all your help.

A top notch bike shop. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They stand behind their bikes 100%. I bought a bike 3 weeks ago and had a problem with it. Brought it in and it was immediately repaired while I waited, with an apology from the manager for the problem! Highly recommend.
