Nice moderate hike. Very well marked trails. Nice creek and waterfalls at the start. Rest of the hike is just woods but nice quiet scenery w sounds of birds.

A great paved, shaded trail for walking, running, or biking. People bring their dogs, so watch out for that. But it is truly beautiful out there, with historic buildings, waterfalls, and plenty of little creatures to see. If you are like me and rely on GPS, type in this Barren Road address. It brings you to a parking area, and the actual loop through the park. Ridley Creek is very large, with a lot of picnic areas and recreation spots. I've gotten myself lost a few times trying to find this parking lot just by searching more generally. Anyway, great spot, I love it!

If you can find a parking spot, this is a great entrance for Ridley Creek State Park. There is a paved multi-use use trail and a number of hiking trails. There are often people fly fishing here too.
