Lance and team have been a great source of bicycles, maintenance, knowledge of local trails, and encouragement over the last seven years. Lance has the best bikes for different types of riding, a large selection of gear, and sage advice about riding safely. It is so cool that the shop is right on the trail! Their cold drinks have saved me from a blistering hot run, ride, or walk a few times over the years.

He is only out to make a buck and didn't seem the least bit interested in gaining a new customer. Don't ask for help because you won't find it here. Such poor customer service. I was going to buy something there but not after he degraded other bike manufactures and said buying a Giant bike is like buying a K-Mart bike! He also said Google reviews are a joke and submitted by employees of the companies to make them look good. Well here you go buddy, eat this review.

We bought two Raleigh Trail Bikes from Rails to Trails bike shop and had them both expertly set up and adjusted for riding. We have had already between 150-200 miles of carefree riding on Rail Trails in just a few months. It's amazing what a difference a great bike makes on a rail trail. This shop is a great resource, however the only drawback is that they are not open on Mondays and Tuesdays and they close early in the day. Because they are so great, it would be good if they stayed open longer.

Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and community oriented. I recently trained for a bike fundraiser and, as an older woman (58) returning to the sport after many years, needed much advice regarding bike, accessories, supplies etc. The owner of this family business advised me on every need as I progressed and offered me and my team a significant discount on every item, including my bike, to help our fundraiser. I was grateful for his expertise and enthusiasm as well as his passion, which I observed while shopping at his store, for encouraging bicyclists of all ages and skill levels to enjoy the sport. His son was also always helpful and considerate, lifting my bike in an out of my car for me, explaining details of the use of the odometer I purchased, etc. This shop is a gift to the community and I can't rate it highly enough. The staff was always a pleasure to do business with and because of their professional expertise and neighborly support I had the proper equipment and the confidence to expand my horizons in bicycling from trails to the road to a 105-mile Tour, and enjoy the experience every cycled mile of the way.

I recommend Rails to Trail Bicycle Shop with unqualified enthusiasm. The owner, Lance Koons, is the best. He guided me patiently and expertly to the perfect bike, then made sure it was optimally adjusted for my size and riding style. Fantastic bike shopping experience, well worth driving the few extra miles from Enola.
