Congressional Ob Gyn: Behram Steve MD

I had a 7am appointment on 4/30. I asked for time off work to go and when I arrived the office is closed. I was falling in love with the scheduling convenience but now I think it was too good to be true. I wouldn't recommend this place because they obviously don't have common decency and don't care about people's time.

Ashleigh is very warm and makes one feel very comfortable, I was gonna live because Kate left, but Ashleigh did not disappoint. I can’t believe the nagative reviews. I don’t really interact with front desk, some staff are friendly others are not, but as long as my doctors are welcoming I can care less about staff. But to sum it up best facility because of the docs (still miss KATE) and I can not think of going anywhere else, that treats me better then congressional OB/GYN

I really have enjoyed working with Jinkal for the past several years. For my pregnancy I'm seeing Dr. Steve Behram and he's great. My biggest complaint is front desk staffing. I've been going to this practice about 10 years or so and I cannot call to schedule an appointment without having to wait at least 10 minutes on hold. Checking out is also a nightmare. It seems like this could easily be fixed by hiring more front desk people, but often times there is only one person checking people in and out and answering phones. I've considered switching practices because of this issue, which is a shame because I like the doctors a lot. I've never had this issue with any other doctor/specialist I've seen. It's very annoying and each time I go I swear I'm going to switch practices, but it's too much of a hassle so I don't.

I see Dr. Nancy Behram and she has always been very nice and professional. Sometimes the wait can be long, but honestly that's everywhere these days!

This practice sends you for unecessary genetic testing when you are young,healthy, and have no family history of genetic diseases. They also will send you emails saying they are charging your credit card on file with no explanation of the charges. They don’t even send you a bill in the mail explaining the charges! I have since transferred out of the practice and that was the best decision. I will not reccomend this practice to anyone! I am very dissatisfied!
