The doctor was  very kind, however the front desk staff  are lacking  in the basic element required for individuals who are the first line of any business, customer service. They acted like they were doing me a favor, I was made to wait 1.15 min for a prescription  due to their error and  equipment malfunction.  It was a big to do for them to fax  a prescription to the pharmacy for me. We had to summon the supervisor  to intervene after which they then agreed to fax the prescription.  I strongly believe that  because the document had to be faxed they decided to punish me by having me wait 1.15 min  for  a prescription  without uttering a word of apology for wasting my time.  I was refereed here by the veteran's choice program and I will ensure that they understand how veterans are treated at this establishment.

We visit OBG Contemporary regularly and every time our experience has been good. The staff is friendly and helpful.
