Card was on file, but forgot to swap address on file when I moved -they disconnected the power without warning. 2 months later, with AutoPay somehow disengaged possibly with the address change, they disconnected the power -WITHOUT WARNING. Find a more reputable provider.
Been with them for 2 years on fixed plans and it has been a very positive experience. Those individuals blaming them for outages during the recent freeze obviously do not know how electrical infrastructure works. Ignore those comments.
I have been with this Company for over 4 yrs.. They are competitive to every Company available to me at time of renewal. If there was an increase, every other company had the same. GREAT COMPANY!!! To the Winer's, would you like some cheese with that WINE??
