Super sucks! Gorilla Balls sucks! It must suck, to suck! Trusmart, step up and get your all time achievement award. I changed my service, after paying them up, and they turned around and charged me twice as much as the new service provider. Not legit at all. Sad.
Worst run electric company I've ever dealt with! Many times I've had several bill issues with extra charges, old charges surprising me, and it took 3 months to get a final bill!! Don't waste your time or money with these people, whatever name they go by! Trusmart, Dpi, whatever!!
No additional fees! TruSmart Energy's customer service agents process payments without charging a fee. I have to say, this is one of the first companies that I know of that doesn't make you pay an additional fee just to pay your bill or to talk to a live rep. Thanks!
Don't trust this company. Their delivery fees from CenterPoint are supposedly almost as much as the amount of energy you use each month. Liars and cheats.
If someone want to have hard time, loosing money, receive bad service, TALK TO VERY AND VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE can dial this company number for service!!.
