No customer service- on hold for hours..and they screw up so much I had to call about every other month... They forget to bill you then charge you late fees. They don't always take mastercard like the site says they do.. they had a data breach.. had to get a new card..

I have been with first choice power over 10 years. I highly recommend them. They have always been nice and very understanding and helped me out when I needed it. Thank you first choice.
Scam completely, they will ripp you off and blame Centerpoint

Worst company, wouldn’t recommend for anyone to choose it, they charge extra and their employees don’t know how to explain which will lead you into paying unnecessary fees. This company doesn’t deserve a star.
