You are being welcomed and dealt with in a well-mannered way. Any sorts of documents are being processed in a timely manner if all the required documents are met and present. You are being contacted if a supporting document is missing compared to other Afghan consulate and embassy where your phone call is not even answered.

It’s a shame to say but literally going to this place is one of my worst nightmare . The staff are all uneducated people who doesn’t have any respect for their fellow Afghans. When you go talk to them they talk down to you as if they own the country of Afghanistan. If you are not from the northern part of afghanistan automatically you are Pakistani to them. It’s a really shame to have people like these staff representing our country’s name. The run around they give you is ridiculous and all for nothing. Honestly sometimes I feel like they want bribe to get you job done fast. If you don’t give them money they would give you the run around just like the Pakistani government offices. To me it seems like the people who works in the embassy of Afghanistan they belong to Pakistan.

It is not fair not to give them five Stars. I mailed them 4 of my old passports and application. Less than 6 days, we got our new passports, thanks you all staffs, and really appreciate

I had to renew my passport in order to correct a personal information that was put incorrectly in my previous passport that I had got in Afghanistan. I sent all the required documents in the mail and within a week, I had my new passport with the correct information in my hands. If it was back home, it would have taken at least a month to get the paper works done. I was very satisfied by their help and service.
