Consulate General of Bangladesh

I just recently had a pleasant experience. A ticketing machine for info, drop off and pickup has been placed. Nevertheless, there are still idiots lining up at the counter. Good thing they are directed to obtain tickets for service. I arrived at 9:30 am to drop off my passport. Within 15 minutes I was done. I went back at 3:30 pm to pick up my passport. I was able to pick up my passport and leave within 20 minutes. Both times I saw idiots trying to go ahead when it was not their turn or lining up at the counter. I am baffled by their behaviors. They live in the US learn to abide by the US system at the DMV, nonetheless, the moment they step into the Consulate office they forget all their manners and everything they learned and revert back to chaotic, disorganized creatures. The customers, let us ameliorate ourselves so that we can demand better service from the consulate.

I have no clue why the review is so poor. I was there today and the service was excellent. I am so happy and proud of those employees! Keep up the good work guys!

Best service i get from every body . All are very nice with every body was there this morning. Reception employees are very friendly and they try their best to help people. Specially me.Anamul, who was on duty on information window and young person on window 1 . Bless you brothers . Cheers Bangladesh

I am really confused about 1 star reviews. I know as a Bangladeshi we are not good to maintain time. But all the Employees ar friendly. They are very helpful. They give me all the information I need. I like their service. Please give positive feedback. I know some times it’s not working. But it’s better than BD.

Honestly some of the rudest people I've ever met. They act like they're the president and do things according to their own times. My mom and I were passed around from people to people like we were a ball. When we ask questions, they give us an attitude. They think they are always right. They told me that they are not capable of finding my information (I was in their system, they simply could have looked me up) and I'd have to come back the next day to figure things out. I had to go all the way from New Jersey after my classes to them and they finally found my information. I'd give them no stars if possible.
