Turkish Consulate General in New York

I would never ever recommend the Turkish Consulate no one (if you dont have to). Very rude and disgusting customer service from Nida Eryilmaz. I dont even know how come type of those people are able to work at very importand serious consulate in NY. I and my wife was there on 12th of October. We had an appointment at 2pm which she did not care that we have an appointment she said that still we have to get number in order to things done. We got number and get back front of her again. The way how she is talking to people is that people has no idea and she is the only one who know everything, trying to ignore what ever people says. if you have any chance to ask someone who can help you avoid her to get better and nice service.

As long as you have your documents fast service, wonderful people. I have noticed that they have tremendous amount of patients towards ignorant rude people

I have been trying to reach anybody there through phone. No body pick up phone ever. Poor service

I was there for my papers, They do work very nicely and helpfuly. But downstairs people was complaining before they go upstairs and talking bad about stuff in consulates, they was saying all this nonsense. One of the best place they giving you nice services and help.
