Provided completely wrong information. We ended up spending $200 on visa fees and repeated visits to submit and pickup paperwork. Cruise company confirmed that visa wasn't even required & secondly no one ever checked visas nor any paperwork when we got off the ship. Beware as these guys seem to be simply trying to generate cash by suggesting you need visas to visit Bahamas. Total waste of time, money & effort. Moreover go somewhere else instead. There are better islands in Caribbean.

I found the Bahamian working there very helpful and professional they went out of their way to accommodate my needs and help me with my process when renewing my passport. I couldn't be more proud to call myself Bahamian.
