I applied for a visa by mailing my documents. I called and asked them to help me to process it quicker, so I could get my passport for a travel the following week. They were so understanding and mailed my passport with a visa back to me on that evening. I am so glad that their work approach is getting better and they are forthcoming to help you with your issues. Thank you so much for your help with a visa!

Very helpful council, he did not even have lunch until 3:00, because there were too many people who needed help. I didn’t expect they would do the service like that. They resolved my problem very easily, awesome.

Went to get 2 visas in October 2017. Amazing service they did their best to help me asap. Thanks very much to the staff at the consulate great improvement.

Once I wrote a negative review about Uzbekistan Consulate in New York city. Now I changed my mind . Today I was there with some paper work and got very professional service. Mr. Albert ( I hope I spelt right his name) was extremely polite, super professional and very helpful. Despite the fact, that people were asking a different questions at the same time, he was handling it soooo professionaly and was respectful for everyone. I think that Consulate kind of represnts the country and if more people like Mr. Albert would work there we will be more proud that we have so much professionals in our country. I am so proud that I am from Uzbekistan! Thank you !

This is my third time visiting here. Every time I made an appointment few days before I visit to the consulate and they are very helpful. Service is fare enough with timing. No complains so far. Thanks. (Rahmat!!!)
