I had a great experience there a few days ago!!! The visa officers were extremely helpful and acted very professionally. I went in with some worries, but left with a lot of appreciation. Highly recommended!!!:-)

Just got off the phone... Wow!! The worst experience ever. I asked were I need to send my information to get a Visa and the lady was rushing me with such an attitude and said she had other calls to take. I told her she needs to worry about finishing one call professionally before taking another. In the end she told me she needed to put me on hold and didn't provide me with the information that I needed. -5 Stars. I would fire her and hire someone professional. 5/23/17 10 a.m.

This is the best experience I have had in any consulate across the world. The staff has been extremely friendly and they extend every help possible. It is truly reflective of the very hospitable nature Switzerland as a country has.
