I am wowed!! This morning of December 21 2017 I experienced the best customer service I've had in years. I forgot the lady's name, but it was Ms Garcier, forgive my spelling if it's wrong. Thank you, you made me to be proud beig South African!

Count yourself lucky if you get someone to answer the phone. And when they do answer, the staff is rude and unhelpful. Definitely one of the worst customer experiences I've had. Sad that this consulate is probably deterring people from visiting beautiful South Africa.

They were very accomodating & super helpful. The lady assisted me with my paperwork much faster than expected. Great service.
