Consulate General of Mexico in New York

I haven't used the services of the consulate in the city, but I used the Mobile Consulate when they were in Matawan NJ. And the service was great. I went to renew my passport and the process was a breeze. The personnel were polite, professional & efficient. It took less than 40 minutes for the entire process minus the hassle of going to the city :)

Bad attitude for part of the staff (visa area) I traveled from Mexico and did not have any empathy and interest for help me. they say to me “ es una persona indeseable” . Consulate of mexico in new york this person indeseable have bachellor and master degree from usa, and now I m studying a doctor degree. Need to learn to respect the people. Bad verry bad the services.

They answer and gave me guidance to my questions and the service in the passports department was excellent.

I came here to renew my passport and they told me the machine was broken. To matters worse, there is no communication between security and the administration letting people know they’re not offering particular services that day.
