Worst service.... when you make a phone call the Line sound busy or nobody available to answer... then they only work part time from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm what kind of help you guys provide to people..... should be more helpful other consulates from different countries work more and help they people... y’all need to put it together and work more or have another phone line to make calls

They never answer the phone. And now even they have the appointment request through the web but it’s just an email and you have to wait to long for an answer. No happy Edith their customers service.

Been trying to get in contact with someone from the consulate the last 3 weeks, been that they mess up on my passport, haven't received a call or a e-mail this is not how you run a government business, at lease contact people back, clearly we need help or else we wouldn't calling. You guys really needs to get it together

Haga cita antes de llegar, si no no lo van a atender. Make sure you make an appointment before heading there, otherwise you won't be seen.
