HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Please do NOT go to this place to get anything done because the staff are very unprofessional, rude as hell, lazy and careless. I MISSED my flight due to their carelessness behavior. The situation could’ve been avoided if they answered my phone calls. But no, they refused to pick up or returned a call back.They need to get FIRED or SHUT THE PLACE DOWN because they aren’t helpful. Never again will I go there.

The service was professional and fast. I went in for a passport renewal biometric follow up and it was completed in less than 30 mins. Kudos to the staff

The reception and front desk were very friendly and professional. The woman taking the visa applications was very helpful and allowed me to email her a copy of the identification of my host as I didn't realize I needed it. Other consulates and embassies I've been to have not been so flexible. I'm only giving four instead of five stars because the security guard on duty was a bit overwhelming. She was very rigid and didn't seem to actually pay attention that she spoke to me three times.

The wait is as expected and the people are people. Not the most luxurious place but quick and efficient.
