On 12/20/17 I went with my husband to the Consulate General of Uruguay,in NYC.
Our experience was very positive, we were helped and assisted with all what was necessary to achieve what we came for.
The person who was so helpful and understanding was Gabriela Gonzalez-Consul of Uruguay in NY.At the time we had no idea that it was the Consul.

never ever respond to your emails and phone worse cant get anything done without going to their office service sucks

Quick and attentive service IN PERSON. Not so much on the phone. They are kind and efficient and almost never crowded.
