On 12/20/17 I went with my husband to the Consulate General of Uruguay,in NYC. Our experience was very positive, we were helped and assisted with all what was necessary to achieve what we came for. The person who was so helpful and understanding was Gabriela Gonzalez-Consul of Uruguay in NY.At the time we had no idea that it was the Consul. Thank you.
